The process

Meet and greet
Get in touch and arrange a meet and greet. Once we’ve established whether we’re a good fit for each other, you’ll be invited to join and enrol.

Invitation to join
Once you’ve been invited to join our program, we’ll explain our club rules to ensure professional standards and clear expectations for all.

Enrolment process
We’ll work with you to gather the necessary information to become your trusted Woofkin. Learning and storing your preferences in our CRM.

Join program
Once enrolled, the fun begins! We’ll create a bespoke program of care for our Woofkins and share progress with you at all steps along the way.

Before the fun can begin, we need to take care of business. By helping establish a member profile for each and every Woofkin, we can ensure only the highest standards of care, socialisation, enrichment and rest are delivered to all our Woofkins.
